ARIEA Privacy Policy
This working launch privacy policy explains the information ARIEA uses for account access, deal downloads, Deep Deal Pack unlocks, email verification, fraud prevention, and future deal-alert features.
Information we collect
We collect the registration information you provide, including email address, display name when provided, password hash, selected account tier, terms acceptance, optional marketing opt-in, session records, login attempts, verification tokens, download events, unlock events, IP address, and hashed browser/user-agent context.
How we use it
We use this information to verify account ownership, protect the signup and login flow, provide Deal Card and Deep Data access, preserve audit history, prevent abuse, support subscriptions or unlocks, and send account-related messages.
Deal alerts and marketing
ARIEA Deal of the Day, saved-search, and deal-alert emails are optional. Transactional account emails such as verification, password reset, security, receipt, and access notices may still be sent as needed for account operation.
Security
Passwords and sensitive tokens are stored as hashes. Human-verification results, honeypot trips, rate-limit events, and audit records may be retained to protect the platform.
Data access
ARIEA account data is used by Millennial Realty & Investments LLC and authorized operating partners to support the real estate intelligence platform. We do not sell ARIEA account records to advertisers.
