These ARIEA Real Estate account terms are the working launch terms for free-preview account access, Deal Card downloads, Deep Deal Pack unlocks, subscriptions, and deal history.
Account access
Your ARIEA account controls access to free Deal Cards, Deep Data / Deep Deal Pack unlocks, download history, and future saved-search or subscription features. Keep your login credentials secure and use accurate registration information.
Deal intelligence
ARIEA output is investment intelligence built from available property, MLS, comparable-sale, and valuation data. It is not a substitute for inspection, appraisal, title review, lender underwriting, legal advice, tax advice, or final broker due diligence.
Free Preview and paid access
Free Preview accounts may access free Deal Cards after email verification. Deep Data and Deep Deal Packs require an unlock, available subscription credit, internal/admin authorization, or a future à la carte purchase flow.
Account verification, password reset, security, receipt, and access emails are transactional account emails. Deal of the Day, saved-search, and deal-alert emails are optional marketing or alert emails and require opt-in.
Operational status
These terms may be refined before broader public launch. Continued use of ARIEA account features means you agree to the then-current terms presented during account use.
